    • Sir Jason Winters - blood purifying and immune boosting teas and products

There are a number of natural products that can be collected from the bush

Be careful when collecting ronga from the side of the road.  Plants like kawakawa will readily absorb toxins from the cars that drive past.  Go deeper into the bush.

If you regularly harvest rongoa consider planting your own rongoa garden to fit in with the principles of kaitiakitanga.

Be careful when collection rongoa.  Some plants like Tutu are highly toxic and can even knock over cattle.
